Five

Five is written using the pentatonic scale, so the whole piece only uses five notes: concert Bb, C, D, F, and G. Oh, it's also in 5/4 time and the phrases are five bars long.

It's not just a gimmick piece, though; the melody is very pretty and I managed to squeeze out some nice textures and tone colors and still keep it playable by a first year band.
